Character Design Poster Series
Based on the book Animal Farm, each character was created in reference to the description in the text. The style and composition is based around Norman Rockwell’s designs for The Saturday Evening Post. All aspects of this design was developed in Adobe Photoshop.

Squealer
This character required the overall deign to appear disheveled and over-worked. A combination of distressed clothing and a dynamic pose worked to convey the character’s non-stop lifestyle.
Snowball
This character is strong minded. He relies on his wit and persuasiveness to manipulate the ones around him. With his clean choice of dress and cane, he is seen as a character who has power and can support himself.
